Draftsman

Job Description:

• Produce Architectural and Engineering Drawings

• Coordinates and cooperates with Project Architect on design changes

• Ensure that all drawings are produced in accordance to the instruction given by the Project Architect

• Ensure details in the drawings are accurate

• Performs other task assigned by superior

• Directly reporting to the Project Architects

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least  Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably 1-4 years experience employee specialized in architecture/ interior/ design/ building construction or equivalent

• Must know how to design, read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

• Proactive and hardworking to meet deadlines

• Experienced drafter for schematic/ design development stage production for both architectural and engineering design

• Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements and authority submission an advantage

• Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team
