Project Architect

Job Description:

• Oversee assigned project/s from conceptualization to contract administration

• Coordinate with the construction management team, engineering consultant and specialty trade/s relative to the project

• Coordinate with other division/ departments fro the assigned project

• Report to immediate head on matters requiring  prompt action

• Review, asses, and process request for information (RFI) and request for approval (RFA)

• Prepare working drawings/ shop drawings and other detail as needed

• Interpretation of architectural, structural and MEPF plans and drawings

• Attend meetings and site inspection on matters concerning project being handled

• Monitoring and documentation of project progress to ensure project delivery on time

• Assist the team in completing task needed

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least  Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably 1-4 years’ experience employee specialized in architecture/ interior/ design/ building construction or equivalent

• Good analytical ability, hardworking and honest

• Good rendering and conceptualization

• Can work with minimal supervision
