Senior Architect

Job Description:

• Lead the development and integration of design concepts with our clients’ needs;

• Monitor and control the quality of designs;

• Lead development of schematic designs with responsibility for the preparation of presentation drawings, models, and narratives;

• Lead a multidiscipline team in design and design development on architectural projects;

• Lead coordination of work of a multidiscipline team through multiple phases of a project;

• Attend owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance;

• Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines;

• Lead the development and preparation of written project architectural technical specifications;

• Lead projects in a dual management role as needed;

• Assist in the development of work plan and level of effort required for projects;

• Participate and develop Architectural components for project pursuits and business development efforts.

• Participates in preparing and coordinating with external consultants in Technical Planning Inputs to Project Development such as conceptual and schematic designs, architectural detailed designs for in-house projects;

• Coordinates with marketing and other project team members for additional requirements and inputs;

• Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

• Functions as Senior Project Manager at the same time

• Directly reporting to the Principal Architect

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Architect;

• Minimum of 10 years experience in planning and project management of residential, commercial and  high-rise buildings

• Knowledgeable in interpreting building plans and architectural details and finishing materials;

• With good oral and written communication skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player;

• Computer literate

• Must be familiar with completing package from design development to construction drawing in CAD;

• Strong background in designing, planning, construction detailing quality control and plan review;

• Good management skills, good moral character, outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• At least  not less than 28 years old

• Must know how to drive
