Founded in 1987, the ACASYS Group started with a very modest beginning as SN Low & Associates Sdn Bhd, an architectural consultancy in Malaysia. Over the years it has designed and delivered many iconic projects and buildings in Malaysia including the Haven in Ipoh, The ICON City in Petaling Jaya, The Forresta in Damansara and The Entry to the Guinness Book Of World Records for the Faber Castell project. It has also delivered projects overseas.

In 2012, the ACASYS Group launched its housing development project in Cebu, Philippines.

 

It expanded into Luzon in 2013 and has delivered a variety of residential and commercial developments. It is now serving the Manila area’s growing need for new residential property and real estate projects with a commitment to delivering products with the highest quality standards.
