What is ACASYS IBS Technology?

ACASYS Systems is an IBS Technology and is created as an innovation in the construction industry. It is designed to minimize labour utilization, by promoting the use of sustainable factory produced green materials and to facilitate fast-paced construction in a safe and friendly environment resulting in high quality and durable outputs.

 

The technology involves the use of Light Gauge Steel Frames as the main structure, in-filled with cast-in-place Light Weight Concrete. The ACASYS Systems achieves better quality and finishes with minimal wastage and cleaner sites.

The systems involve 5 major building material components which can be applied variably, depending on the type and/or scale of construction required.

 

The materials are defined as follows:
1. Light-weight gauge steel (LGS) - frames for walls and roof structure
2. Light-weight concrete (LWC) In-fill and suspended floor slab
3. Fibre cement board (FCM)
4. Steel fibre reinforced concrete raft foundation (base slab)
5. Suspended steel fibre-reinforced composite floor (upper floors)

BENEFITS:

The system is reinvented in a way by using easily available materials such as light-weight gauge steel frame channels for wall structural support, added with fibre cement board on each side serving as a substrate for walls to receive skim coat paint. No added plaster needed on the walls resulting in faster construction time and less cost to the owner.

 

The process is unbelievably fast with the combination of the referred components and can accommodate any wall layout configuration. Once the process is completed, roofing elements can be easily installed and complete the house in no time.
